As a First Contact and Marketing Specialist, you will be the first point of interaction for our customers, delivering honest and technical (will train) information. Join us in making meaningful connections and showcasing the value solar energy brings to Central Oregon! What you'll do Serve as the primary contact via the phone for all incoming inquiries. We do not get a lot of calls in a day. Log all information into our Customer Tracker. Get electric bill information from customers. Prepare our Estimates for our System Designers. Develop and implement existing and new branding campaigns that capture attention and drive interest in our offerings. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize outreach efforts. Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect our brand voice. Organize events and promotional activities that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to keep our marketing strategies fresh and relevant.

Basic qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred qualifications Experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with graphic design software or content management systems. Previous experience in marketing or public relations is a plus. Excellent Social Marketing skills across platforms.
