This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, social media, and customer service. This part-time position is approximately 10-20 hours per week, with a focus on weekend availability and one weekday. We offer flexible weekday scheduling.

What You'll Do:

Give apartment tours and assist prospective residents with the leasing process Create fun, engaging content for our TikTok and Instagram Help with marketing initiatives and day-to-day tasks at our communities Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for prospective residents

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people Familiar with TikTok and Instagram content creation Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Available weekends with flexibility for weekday hours Interest in real estate, marketing, or business is a plus
