Job Description

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Marketing Intern at PennWest University Edinboro Van Houten Marketplace in Edinboro, PA. Duties & Responsibilities:
Student Social Media Assistant Supports dining services marketing efforts through social media content creation, scheduling posts, promoting dining programs, and engaging with students across various platforms. Responsibilities may include gathering content, highlighting promotions, creating captions, and assisting with digital communication. Student Photography Assistant Captures high-quality photos of dining locations, menu items, events, and student engagement activities for use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns. Assists with maintaining a current library of photos to support dining initiatives. Student Events & Pop-Up Assistant Supports the planning, setup, and execution of pop-up events, promotions, and student engagement activities. Responsibilities may include event setup, coordinating materials, assisting with decorations/signage, engaging with students, and helping ensure successful event execution.
Requirements:
Junior or Senior status, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing 3.0 GPA or above Prior course work in marketing concepts Be highly motivated and energetic Be willing to work hard and do a lot of leg work Have good communication and interpersonal skills Possess exceptional organizational abilities Have basic knowledge of marketing principles Be able to conduct themselves in professional and positive manner Willingness to be involved and participate in all levels of the organization
