Mission Bridge Marketing is a marketing consultancy in downtown Lewisburg, PA, founded in 2026. We work with engineering, manufacturing, construction, and distribution companies on brand strategy, marketing programs, and the writing, design, and video that go with them. A small firm with a full client list, so the intern sees every part of the business. The Role You work directly with the principal on live client projects and on building the firm. The job has four parts. Research. Profile prospect companies and their competitors. Pull together market facts for assessments and proposals. Keep it organized and sourced. Writing. First drafts of social posts, marketing emails, web copy, and short summaries, edited toward Mission Bridge's voice. Design and production. Simple layouts from brand templates in Canva or Adobe. Files prepared for web and social. Help on photo and video shoots. Operations. Tasks, files, and calendar kept current in basic office tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, email, a shared task list). Meeting notes, client follow-up. What You Will Learn How a marketing consultancy runs, from first conversation to signed proposal to finished deliverable, and how brand strategy turns into copy, design, and campaigns.
