Our team plans, coordinates, and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications that support all agent distribution channels, including direct sales. Co-op Job Description The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Developing marketing content, including direct mail, email, and text message campaigns Creating and updating marketing materials to support all sales channels Assisting with routing marketing materials through review and approval processes Testing digital tools and platforms Supporting campaign setup and execution Tracking campaign performance, including responses, leads, and applications Assisting with budgeting activities, including invoice tracking Ensuring marketing materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and internal compliance requirements Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Accepted Majors Marketing Business Communications Classification Current Junior or Senior Recent graduate (must be within one year of the program start date) GPA Requirement 3.0 + IBX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
