You'll have help learning the business and building your confidence. What you'll be doing Talking with potential customers and following up with leads. Helping people find insurance that fits their needs. Getting involved in social media, local marketing, and community events. Building relationships and helping grow the agency. What we're looking for Someone who brings good energy, follows through, and is willing to learn. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable starting conversations, taking feedback, and working toward goals.
