Job Description

Your Opportunities:
Hostess Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Masterbrand or Hostess Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Impulse Limited Time Offers (LTOs) The iconic Hostess brand has been a part of American snacking for more than 100 years. There are two open roles, and you will be assigned to support either Marketing Masterbrand or Marketing Impulse LTOs based on business needs. These roles will help drive strategy and execution across key parts of the Hostess business with the Masterbrand role focused on supporting brand strategy and execution, annual planning processes and business fundamentals. The Impulse LTO role will support the strategy, pipeline development and commercialization of our exciting and robust LTO portfolio.

Orrville, Corporate Offices Work Arrangements:
Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In these roles you will support: Brand Strategy & Execution Support development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, annual brand plan and long-range planning related to base business or LTOs Help translate consumer and marketplace insights into actionable marketing programs Support launch of new products handed off from innovation and launch line extensions from concept to commercialization or manage day to day execution of LTO initiatives from concept to commercialization Support packaging updates, claims approval, and commercialization readiness Business & Financial Management Monitor brand or LTO performance (sales, share, distribution, pricing, promotion) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support forecasting and manage budget and tracking of program marketing budget or LTO related spend Prepare performance updates, scorecards and ad hoc reports for business reviews Consumer & Market Insights Leverage consumer research, panel data, and syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI, Nielsen), customer and marketplace trends to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations Track competitive activity and emerging category trends Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional partners in the development of new product ideas and platforms, product and profitability improvements or value engineering, and new product activation strategies, taking approved projects through the Stage Gate process. Partner with CCB and Sales to support marketing or LTO initiatives across customers, including displays, seasonal programs, development of sell-in materials and internal communication tools What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required (Marketing or Business degree is preferred) At least 2 years of relevant CPG brand marketing experience Experience manipulating/analyzing syndicated data (preferably Circana or Nielsen) to tell a marketing story and/or make recommendations about the business Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint Detail Oriented Data/system knowledgeable/savvy Strong communication and leadership skills Demonstrated analytical strength Experience tracking & optimizing business results, driving projects with cross functional excellence The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
