- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience + 10+ years of progressive marketing experience and responsibilities + Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver standard and complex proposals from initiation through close-out while managing multiple projects and deadlines + Experience leading teams and developing professionals through coaching, mentoring, and real-time feedback + Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, business development, forecasting, and sales processes + Strong strategic mindset with sound judgment and the ability to align marketing and pursuit strategies to business goals + Proven leadership experience with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across all levels of the organization + Ability to facilitate meetings, guide decision-making, and coordinate large, diverse, cross-functional teams + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling messages + Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and liaison skills, with knowledge of business development and pursuit processes + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate with a high degree of independence + Superior organizational, time management, and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and accountability •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience in the A/E/C industry + Certification or enhanced credentials in applicable areas + Active member of industry associations + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and collaboration tools

Expected Salary (all locations): $110,500.00 - $184,800.00 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
