Job Description The Associate Manager, Social Marketing will partner closely with NBC and Peacock Social Marketing team members to execute social campaigns for scripted and unscripted series, including requesting creative, communicating updates to stakeholders across multiple departments, and delivering performance reporting, with the growth opportunity to develop strategy and drive execution for select titles. This role is also responsible for trafficking social content and social posts to the Media team to support paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social and digital media, entertainment, and culture, and will take initiative, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and steward projects.Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with NBC and Peacock Social Marketing leads to execute social campaigns, including paid social media campaigns Support organic social strategy for assigned titles through content distribution, performance reporting, and campaign execution. Manage creative workflows, including requests, approvals, and asset distribution. Coordinate with Social Marketing lead and Media lead to traffic live post links for paid social amplification. Commission content and write/review copy for select series and specials. Support social campaign reporting across NBC and Peacock titles, identifying key trends, learnings and opportunities Monitor and analyze social conversation, sentiment and performance to provide insights that inform campaign planning Proactively communicate priorities, bandwidth, and progress with Social Marketing lead.Qualifications Basic Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Expertise in social platforms and emerging creative formats. A passion for entertainment and social media, with a creative mindset and willingness to innovate. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to take direction effectively and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly. Detail-oriented and solutions-driven. Experience with Airtable, Sprout, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint) is a plus Bachelor's degree.Additional Requirements:

This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
