Clinical Outreach & Marketing Intern About NestWell Therapy NestWell Therapy is a growing therapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families through a systemic and narrative approach. We look at the bigger picture of people's lives including relationships, family dynamics, experiences, and environments. In addition to therapy, NestWell is developing a professional education and consultation program for therapists and other mental health providers. This includes clinical supervision for associate therapists, clinical consultation groups, workshops, and other professional development opportunities designed to provide clinicians with practical skills, support, and opportunities to grow their practice. About the Role NestWell is looking for a Clinical Outreach & Marketing Intern to help expand our provider education and supervision programming. The primary focus of this role will be connecting with associate therapists and early-career clinicians who may be looking for clinical supervision, consultation, or professional development opportunities. You will help introduce providers to NestWell's supervision program, build relationships with local therapists and practices, and increase awareness of our provider offerings. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in mental health, marketing, communications, community outreach, or practice operations . Responsibilities Research and identify associate therapists, therapy practices, and organizations that may be interested in NestWell's supervision and professional development programs Conduct outreach to individual therapists through email and other appropriate channels Communicate with prospective providers and share information about NestWell's supervision program Maintain an organized outreach tracker and follow up with contacts as appropriate Distribute flyers and promotional materials to relevant therapy practices, community organizations, and professional spaces Help promote NestWell workshops, supervision groups, and other provider programming Draft and help coordinate a periodic NestWell newsletter for therapists and community providers Assist with creating simple outreach and promotional materials Identify new opportunities for NestWell to connect with therapists and professional communities Provide feedback on outreach strategies and what messaging is generating interest What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Interested in mental health, professional development, and community-based work Familiar with basic mental health concepts, common mental health concerns, and different types of mental health providers or willing to learn Comfortable communicating professionally with therapists and other professionals Organized and able to independently manage outreach tasks A strong writer who can communicate clearly and naturally Comfortable with email, basic digital tools, and social media Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative Comfortable working independently while checking in regularly for direction and feedback You do not need to be a therapist or have prior marketing experience. We are more interested in someone who is organized, personable, curious, and comfortable communicating with people. Schedule & Internship Structure This is a flexible, part-time internship of approximately 5-15 hours per week , depending on the needs of the practice and the intern's availability. The schedule can be flexible from week to week, but the intern will need to have some availability during regular business hours in order to conduct effective outreach, communicate with providers, attend occasional meetings, and participate in in-person outreach or events when needed. The internship will include a combination of independent work, outreach, and regular check-ins with the NestWell team. This internship is intended to grow into a paid position within approximately six months. As the provider program grows, the goal is to transition the intern into a paid part-time role with ongoing responsibility for provider outreach, marketing, and program growth. The timing and structure of that transition will depend on the growth of the program, the needs of the practice, and the intern's performance and fit for the position.
