Digital & Integrated Marketing Associate

Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Digital & Integrated Marketing Associate to support marketing execution across our Consumer Brands portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career marketer to build broad experience across digital and omnichannel marketing, brand activation, creative development, shopper marketing, social engagement, events, and marketing operations. The role will initially be structured as a contract position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance, demonstrated ownership and impact, as well as the evolving needs of the organization. This is a hybrid role with in-office work required from Tuesday-Thursday in New Holland, PA. Core Responsibilities Digital, Omnichannel & Retailer Marketing Manage digital shelf and retailer content updates, including product copy, imagery, digital assets and syndicated content. Coordinate retailer content needs for product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives and ongoing portfolio updates. Manage routine brand website updates, including copy, product information, imagery and content refreshes. Help ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across retailer and consumer-facing digital touchpoints. Support omnichannel retailer activations and customer-facing marketing initiatives. Partner with internal teams and agencies to connect consumer-facing programs with shopper and retailer activation. Integrated Marketing & Brand Activation Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across consumer, shopper, retail, digital, social and media channels. Maintain marketing calendars, key milestones and deliverables across assigned initiatives. Coordinate shopper marketing programs, retailer activations, customer sampling and brand experiences. Support trade shows and customer events, including logistics, branded materials, product shipments, samples, onsite coordination and post-event recaps. Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams to ensure programs are executed accurately, consistently and on time. Assist in the development of marketing briefs, project kickoffs and campaign timelines. Social Engagement & Creative Coordination Coordinate social content timelines, approvals and creative asset needs. Monitor social trends, competitive activity and relevant cultural moments to identify potential engagement opportunities. Review creative materials for accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand standards. Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders throughout creative development and execution. Support consumer response management, including coordinating responses and follow-up with Consumer Affairs, Quality and appropriate brand stakeholders. Marketing Operations & Asset Management Manage marketing asset libraries, DAM systems and SharePoint platforms across assigned brands. Maintain organized, current and accessible marketing and creative assets. Coordinate creative routing, approvals and final asset delivery. Maintain marketing documentation, project trackers and other tools that help keep initiatives moving efficiently. Help identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and ways of working across the organization. Insights, Reporting & Team Support Monitor competitive activity, new product launches, portfolio changes and relevant category and consumer trends. Assist with campaign performance tracking and development of post-program recaps. Develop presentations, project updates and marketing materials for internal and customer-facing meetings. Help organize performance data and translate results into clear learnings for the broader marketing team. Support ongoing portfolio and project management needs across Consumer Brands. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field. 0-2 years of professional experience preferred. Strong internship, co-op, agency or early-career experience within CPG consumer brands organization is preferred. Experience working across multiple projects, stakeholders or marketing channels is a plus. Skills & Capabilities Digitally savvy, with curiosity about emerging platforms, tools and evolving consumer behaviors. Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally and with external partners. Curious about consumers, brands, culture and the evolving retail landscape. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Technical Skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Experience with social media platforms/tools; familiarity with content publishing, engagement and performance reporting preferred. Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus; ability to make basic asset edits or adaptations is beneficial. Familiarity with retailer content syndication, digital shelf, DAM or project management platforms is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel occasionally and provide onsite support for trade shows, customer events and brand activations.
