No prior marketing or event experience is required. We provide 100% fully paid training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success. If you love working with people, have a great attitude, and want to build a career in marketing, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Event Prep & Setup:
Assist with setting up promotional materials, displays, and signage at local events.
Customer Engagement:
Welcome and interact with event attendees, providing accurate information about our clients' products, services, and promotions.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the professional, friendly face of our clients during community outreach initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
Attend daily team meetings, participate in coaching sessions, and coordinate with team members to hit event goals.
Reporting:
Complete basic event documentation and share customer feedback with team leaders to improve future campaigns. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong verbal communication and exceptional people skills. A professional, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to work. Comfort working in public-facing, high-energy environments. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and scheduled local events. Background in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or restaurant work is a plus, but not required .
