What You'll OwnExecutive Support & Schedule Management (Primary Focus) Own and manage a high-volume, complex calendar Prioritize time, energy, and strategic impact Coordinate daily logistics across meetings, filming, travel, and personal obligations Triage communications—surface critical items, resolve or delegate the rest Prepare briefs, agendas, and follow-ups Act as the primary liaison between Dr. Lyon and stakeholders Travel, Logistics & Filming Coordination Plan and execute domestic + international travel (with contingencies) Handle last-minute changes with speed and accuracy Own filming day logistics: Hair & makeup scheduling Coordinating videographers, producers, and staff Managing call sheets, timelines, and locations Ensure full on-site support during production Coordinate speaking engagements, podcasts, and events Client, Partner & Stakeholder Coordination Manage select client, vendor, and partner relationships Act as a point of contact for high-value communications Ensure fast, professional follow-up across all interactions Project Management & Operational Execution Drive execution across media, marketing, and business initiatives Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items Build systems and workflows that increase efficiency Support launches, special projects, and hiring coordination Social Media, Content & Communications Support Ensure content is scheduled, reviewed, and aligned with priorities Maintain editorial quality across captions, newsletters, and communications Coordinate with marketing teams, editors, and agencies Support campaigns, challenges, and community initiatives Align content calendar with Dr. Lyon's schedule Filter inbound partnerships and media opportunities Who This Is For Anticipates needs before they're spoken Moves fast without losing precision Stays calm under pressure Communicates clearly and directly Takes ownership—no waiting for direction Can operate at both high-level strategy and detailed execution Maintains absolute discretion and professionalism Requirements 3-5+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive Proven experience with complex scheduling, travel, and logistics Experience in events, media, or production coordination Strong project management and organizational skills High proficiency with productivity and project management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details Preferred Background Media, content production, or founder-led brand experience Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok workflows Experience with filming, talent, or on-set logistics Background in marketing, communications, or operations Degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field This role is about ownership. You are the operational backbone behind everything moving around the CEO. If you need structure handed to you, this isn't it. If you want to operate at a high level and take full control of execution this is where you do it.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position supporting Dr. Gabrielle Lyon at the center of media, marketing, and business operations. Pay:
