Up to $31/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional overtime/weekends) Office-based role with potential for some remote flexibility Benefits for eligible employees: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) plan with a company match up to 4% Paid Time Off
Essential Functions and Duties:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and file organization Assist with marketing materials by formatting, proofreading, updating templates, and coordinating vendor/print requests Draft and distribute routine communications using approved messaging Support event planning and logistics, including coordination, setup, and follow-up Manage social media scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking Track projects, deadlines, expenses, and support cross-functional Sales and Marketing initiatives while adhering to company policies Occasional domestic travel (approximately 10%)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and written communication skills Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2 to 5 years of administrative or coordinator experience Experience supporting marketing, sales, or commercial teams preferred Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Event coordination experience is a plus Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
