Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Providing logistical support for organizing marketing and business development events, webinars, etc. Assisting with researching, editing and posting marketing communications. Assisting with maintaining firm website and social media accounts. Assisting with maintaining marketing and business development materials, etc. Tracking and assisting with managing firm sponsorships Ordering marketing materials Other similar/related marketing/administrative/clerical duties In addition to a minimum of one year of strong administrative experience, additional qualifications include excellent written and oral communication skills, proactive work ethic, attention to detail (including excellent proofreading skills), good problem-solving skills/judgment, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks/deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong day-to-day organizational skills are essential, in addition to the ability to prioritize tasks, having a client-service focus, and having a strong sense of teamwork. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word.
