Global Organics certified organic food ingredients include cane sugar products, sweeteners, chocolate and cocoa products, coconut products, caramel flavor and colors and juice concentrates and purees. Description:
The Marketing & Communications Associate is a hands-on execution role supporting digital marketing, content, communications, creative development, and commercial initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, digitally savvy, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. The Associate works within the framework of the master marketing calendar maintained by the Marketing Programs Lead and helps execute the broader marketing strategy across digital channels, sales support, trade media, public relations, and industry events. The right person takes ownership of assignments, meets deadlines, communicates proactively, and is comfortable using marketing data to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • 5PM EST Core Responsibilities 1.
Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content Help execute digital marketing initiatives that support the overall marketing and commercial strategy. Work with internal subject matter experts to develop and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with marketingpriorities . Create and adapt LinkedIn graphics and other digital assets using Canva. Monitor LinkedIn performance, including impressions, engagement, clicks, follower growth, and contentperformance . Support the development and publishing of blog posts, thought leadership, product content, and other digitalcommunications. Support website updates, product content changes, landing pages, and ongoing content refreshes. Support basic SEO activities, including keyword research, metadata, page titles, internal linking, and content optimization . Use Google Analytics/GA4 to monitor website traffic, acquisition sources, engagement, and contentperformance . Support digital advertising execution and performance tracking. Identify trends and noteworthy changes in digital performance and share findings with the marketing team. 2. Sales, Product Training & Trade Show Support Update and maintain sell sheets, product decks, sales presentations, and other commercial materials. Create and update professional marketing and sales materials in Canva while maintaining established brand standards. Use input from internal stakeholders to update sample packs, presentations, and supporting materials as needed. Support the development of product training materials, including presentations, photography, and video. Coordinate creative deliverables, marketing materials, and samples for trade shows with internal teams and outside vendors. Support updates to trade show booths and related materials as needed. Manage business card orders and other branded materials. Ensure materials reflect current certifications, product information, and brand standards. Maintain an organized digital asset library of marketing materials, images, presentations, and brand assets . 3. Public Relations & Trade Media Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the external PR agency. Coordinate press releases, editorial opportunities, media outreach, and submissions with marketing priorities and industry events. Manage the trade media advertising calendar in alignment with the master marketing calendar. Coordinate media placements, insertion orders, artwork specifications, and submission deadlines. Track advertising activity and available performance metrics. Coordinate creative assets and materials required for media placements. 4. Marketing Systems, Email & Lead Support Execute email communications, workflows, and other marketing activities within HubSpot. Work with the Marketing Programs Lead to manage lead lists generated through trade shows, website inquiries, digital marketing, and other marketing activities. Support coordination of lead follow-up with the sales team. Maintain accurate campaign and lead information within marketing systems. Support reporting on email, lead generation, website, social media, and other marketing performance metrics. 5. Marketing Analytics and Reporting Collect and organize performance data across LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot, digital advertising, trade media, and other marketing channels. Help prepare recurring marketing performance reports and dashboards. Compare results with established goals, historical performance, and available benchmarks. Identify meaningful trends, changes, and areas that may require further review. Help the marketing team use performance data to improve future marketing execution. Market & consumer research including Innova data 6. Budget & Project Coordination Track marketing expenses against the approved budget. Maintain accurate records of media, creative, promotional, and other marketing expenditures. Provide periodic spend updates to marketing leadership. Help ensure marketing initiatives remain within established cost parameters. Manage assigned projects and deadlines within the master marketing calendar. Proactively communicate project status and flag potential delays, missing information, or other issues before,they impact deadlines. Support additional marketing projects and priorities as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of marketing experience, including internships or relevant hands-on experience. Strong working knowledge of Canva and the ability to create professional materials within established brand guidelines. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and an interest in using data to evaluate marketing performance. Experience with or willingness to learn HubSpot or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform. Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Strong written communication and proofreading skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Comfortable working independently while asking questions when additional direction is needed. Proactive communicator who takes ownership of assignments, provides updates, and consistently follows through. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on time, digital channels are actively supported and measured, and marketing materials consistently meet brand standards. The Marketing & Communications Associate keeps assigned projects moving, follows through on commitments, communicates early when something may affect a deadline, and brings both creativity and analytical thinking to day-to-day marketing execution.
