Job Description

Overview I'm an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and alongside my clinical practice I run a small education company that puts on training programs for surgeons and dentists. Two courses are coming up, one this fall and one in November, and the business has outgrown what I can handle on my own. I'm hiring one person, part time, to help me get things out the door. This is not a big team or a formal marketing department. It's me, and I need someone with taste and follow-through who can take something off my plate and actually finish it. What you'd be doing Designing and laying out course materials in

You notice when spacing is off or a font doesn't belong Strong Canva skills. Adobe is a plus, not required Organized, and you follow through without being chased Comfortable making a call and telling me why, instead of waiting for direction Able to work independently and mostly remote, with some in-person days Roughly 8 to 10 hours a week, more around course dates What I'm not looking for Industry experience. I'll teach you what you need to know about the field A specific degree or years of experience Event management software certifications Details Part time, 1099 contractor, paid hourly, rate based on experience Remote with occasional local work and possible travel for events Strong portfolio-builder if you're building toward design or brand work To apply Send a short note about yourself and one or two things you've made that you're proud of. It doesn't have to be professional work. A deck, an Instagram page you run, a school project, an event you helped run. I care more about what you've built than what's on a resume.
