Job Description

We're looking for a reliable Marketing Assistant to support our PR and administrative finance tasks remotely. Training is provided, and candidates with transferable skills or non-traditional backgrounds are welcome.
What You'll Do:
  • Help maintain the company's social media presence
  • Communicate with contractors and assist with advertising activities
  • Coordinate advertising payments and basic financial reporting
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College education preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Ability to maintain an active bank account capable of receiving and sending transfers via online banking
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability Candidates must be able to pass a background check confirming no serious criminal history.
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check, where permitted by law.
