Why TAG Exists Tossie Advisory Group (TAG) is a growing advisory and technology company founded and owned by a retired military veteran and retired VA employee. After a career inside the federal system, our founder watched qualified people get screened out of opportunities they were fully prepared for — not because they lacked the experience, but because their documents and materials never made it past the first filter. That's why TAG exists. TAG builds practical resources, educational content, and AI-supported tools — including The Read (resume rebuilding), The Match (job matching), Numbers Don't Lie (financial clarity tools), and the Advisory Brief Builder — combining structured advisory processes with technology that solves real problems, not AI for its own sake. Our work is built especially for Veterans, hourly workers, single-income households, and beginning investors — audiences other financial and career resources often overlook. We are looking for a marketing student who wants more than a classroom experience. The Opportunity TAG is seeking a motivated Marketing & Growth Associate to help us expand our digital presence, promote our products and services, and connect with the audiences we serve. This is an opportunity to get real-world marketing experience with a growing company and have your work become part of actual campaigns — not just classroom exercises.
