A high performing Akron based CRE firm is looking for Mid-Growth CRE Advisors to join their team. This brokerage is not just a firm; they are a team of owners. Who is The Ideal Candidate? We're looking for Mid-Growth CRE Advisors who feel restricted by the impersonal nature or "nickel-and-diming" of their current firms, want to experience more growth opportunities, and consider a more stable familiar style boutique. Experience 3-5 years in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record of mid-market deals. Mindset Entrepreneurial spirit; interested in building personal wealth through property ownership. Values High integrity; prioritizes the asset and the family behind it over a quick paycheck. Focus is on relationships and bringing value to the relationship. Soft Skills Collaborative, coachable, and eager to participate in a "trust-first" culture. Support & Tech Suite Executive Assistant (EA)
Support:
Based on seniority and workload, Advisors receive dedicated EA support to handle administrative tasks, allowing them to use their expertise on .
