Part-Time Marketing Assistant Littleton School of Music & Parker Music Academy Part-Time | 10-12 Hours Per Week to Start About Us Littleton School of Music and Parker Music Academy are growing community-focused music schools dedicated to creating inspiring and welcoming environments for students of all ages. We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts of both schools and help us continue growing our presence both online and within our local communities. This position starts with part-time hours and offers room for growth as the schools continue to expand and the right candidate develops within the role. Position Overview This role is a combination of remote and on-site work between both school locations. Some tasks can be completed remotely, while others may involve visiting the schools for content creation, events, photos/videos, or team collaboration. We already have a marketing calendar and ongoing systems in place and are looking for someone who can help manage those efforts consistently and on time while also bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to the company. Responsibilities Include Managing and helping maintain an organized marketing calendar for both music schools Assisting with social media content creation, posting, and engagement Helping create marketing ideas and promotions specific to the goals of each school Taking photos/videos and helping create engaging content for social media and advertising Tracking marketing activities using spreadsheets and online tools Assisting with community outreach and local promotional efforts Learning company systems and participating in ongoing training Helping maintain a consistent, positive, and energetic online presence Qualifications Experience with social media marketing for a business, organization, or personal brand Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage timelines and keep marketing efforts updated consistently Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic computer programs Creative thinker who can contribute new ideas aligned with company direction Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback Self-motivated, dependable, and professional Interest in music, education, or community involvement is a plus Hours & Pay Starting at approximately 8-10 hours per week Combination of remote and on-site work Flexible scheduling possible Starting pay: $16.45 per hour Opportunity for increased hours and advancement over time Why Join Us?
