Part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position Position Overview The Schafers Group is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our growing real estate team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in real estate. The position will begin part-time and combine field support, administrative responsibilities, and light marketing work. Our goal is to help the right person obtain their Ohio real estate license within their first year. The company will pay for the required pre-licensing education and licensing expenses. Primary Responsibilities Deliver, install, remove, and organize real estate signs and lockboxes Prepare listings with signs, lockboxes, marketing materials, and other needed items Pick up and deliver documents, supplies, and materials throughout Greater Cincinnati Maintain an accurate inventory of signs, lockboxes, and marketing supplies Assist with listing preparation and coordination Provide light administrative support, including data entry, document organization, scheduling, and database updates Help prepare and distribute flyers, brochures, mailers, and other marketing materials Assist with client events, open houses, and team marketing projects Complete occasional errands and other operational tasks for the team Communicate clearly with team members and provide timely updates when assignments are completed What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing multiple assignments Professional communication and a positive attitude Willingness to drive throughout the Greater Cincinnati area Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic office software Able to safely lift, carry, and install real estate signs and related materials An interest in real estate, marketing, operations, or business growth A desire to take on additional responsibility as the role develops Previous real estate experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, good judgment, and the desire to learn. Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow alongside our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: Expand into a full-time position as the business grows Complete their Ohio real estate licensing requirements within the first year Have approved licensing education and required licensing expenses paid by the company Learn the operational, marketing, and client-service sides of a successful real estate business Take on greater responsibility after becoming licensed Obtaining a real estate license does not automatically make this a sales position. The initial focus will remain on supporting listings, marketing, administration, and team operations, with future responsibilities determined by the employee's strengths and the needs of the business.
