Real Estate Operations Manager The Rodocker Group | John L. This is much more than an administrative position. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of a successful real estate business while helping create exceptional experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with our leadership team to coordinate listings, execute innovative marketing strategies, support buyers and sellers, and keep every aspect of our business running smoothly. What You'll DoListing Coordination Coordinate listings from preparation through closing. Schedule photographers, videographers, stagers, cleaners, inspectors, and vendors. Prepare MLS listings, marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and feature cards. Coordinate open houses and listing launch activities. Prepare homes for the market by installing lockboxes, signage, flyers, feature cards, and showing materials. Marketing & Brand Management Design professional marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Assist with listing launches, email marketing, digital advertising, and office marketing. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms. Operations & Client Experience Manage team email, CRM, client database, and lead follow-up. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, and transaction tracking reports. Coordinate communication with clients, agents, vendors, escrow, and transaction coordinators. Deliver a five-star client experience through exceptional communication and organization. Support relocation clients, referral tracking, and client relationship management. Buyer Support Prepare buyer presentations and consultation materials. Create custom MLS home searches. Schedule property showings and assist with buyer transactions. Prepare purchase agreements and counteroffers when needed. Show homes when a team agent is unavailable. Client Relationship Management Coordinate client appreciation events. Organize closing gifts and personalized client gifts. Manage birthday cards, home anniversary cards, and ongoing database engagement. Help build lifelong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. We're Looking For Someone Who... Holds an active Washington State Real Estate License. Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Loves a dynamic workday that includes independent office work, creative marketing, on-site listing visits, and collaboration with a supportive team. Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Takes initiative and enjoys finding solutions. Provides outstanding customer service and enjoys building lasting relationships. Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Has reliable transportation to visit listings throughout the greater Seattle area. Preferred Experience Canva Microsoft Office Suite MLS systems CRM software Adobe Creative Suite Social media management Real estate marketing or operations experience If you don't have experience in every area, don't worry.
