The Contact Development Intern supports the Demand Development Team by assisting in discovering and validating contact information, helping build buying group intelligence, and supporting marketing and revenue development activities. This role is foundational to generating high-quality opportunities by ensuring data accuracy, validating target personas, and helping identify buying group members within accounts.Key Responsibilities:
Contact Discovery & Validation- Support research to validate contact information and confirm a person's role within a buying group. Use contact databases, social media, and web research to identify new contacts. Assist with logging and tracking validated contacts in Salesforce and internal systems. Account & Buying Group Intelligence
- Help build and update account maps and buying group structures. Identify target personas involved in purchase decisions. Provide weekly summaries of validated contacts and buying group progress. Marketing & Event Support
- Support marketing programs and events by helping drive registration and follow-up. Assist in ensuring accurate alignment between campaigns, accounts, and opportunities. Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with CDRs, RDRs, and marketing teams on handoffs and process alignment.
