The position will run through January 15, 2027, with the opportunity to continue in future semesters based on performance, continued student enrollment status, and availability of grant funding. Responsibilities may include researching and compiling information for promotional materials; designing and developing flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials; assisting with webpage content and updates; creating social media content; and assisting with the development, filming, and editing of an informational and promotional video about the CWC II Program. The Student Assistant may also help promote informational sessions and other events, support student recruitment and community outreach efforts, and occasionally travel with faculty or staff to nearby community colleges or other local outreach events. The Student Assistant is expected to work approximately 5 hours per week, with hours varying slightly based on program needs and scheduled events.
