In this hands-on role, you will help plan and execute events, design marketing materials, assist in the management of our social media channels and help to ensure our day-to-day marketing runs smoothly. Events & Coordination:

Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of company events; attend on-site events to handle logistics and capture content.

Print & Digital Assets:

Create basic flyers, promotional materials, and digital graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, and place orders for print collateral.

• Social media &

Sales Staff Coaching:

Draft and publish basic social media posts. Provide simple coaching, tips, and templates to help our sales staff optimize their personal social media presence.

Administrative & Team Support:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, keep asset libraries organized, and jump in on special projects as needed. Qualifications

•

Experience:

1 year of experience preferred in marketing, communications, event coordination or a related field.

•

Design Skills:

Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

•

Social Media Savvy:

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

•

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Ability to manage multiple small projects, track deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communication Skills:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable collaborating with internal teams, sales reps, and event vendors.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events.
