Summary:

HES Facilities, LLC's paid internship program enables students to participate in valuable real-world work experience through a variety of tailored assignments within their areas of interest and fields of study. Students will be tasked with different team-specific projects and tasks, and participate in professional development projects and events to prepare them for their future careers.

This is a paid internship starting at $20.00/Hour. This is a three to six-month internship.

Marketing Internship Categories Social Media Omnichannel Outreach and Org Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Paid Media Sales Support Responsibilities:

Project manage digital and print projects to ensure materials are delivered in a timely fashion. Assist in ensuring that projects and materials remain within budget Assist in facilitating all production works, project an image reflective of HES's guiding principles and brand guidelines Suggest and create content for different projects and initiatives Create processes to organize content available to marketing audience segments to use within the collateral Carry out division-specific tasks/activities as assigned by the supervisor throughout the internship Manage deliverables and provide regular updates Education & Experience Requirements Field of study: pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or other related fields 0-3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication and analytical skills High levels of commitment and initiative Ability to navigate or willingness to learn technology and software Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at a given time to Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills while implementing direction and feedback thrives in an entrepreneurial environment Ability to successfully work in a team Ability and willingness to follow directions Professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Outlook (Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress a plus)
