As a Sales & Marketing Events Assistant, you'll represent recognized brands at live events, shopping centers, trade shows, and pop-up locations throughout the Addison and Dallas area. What You'll Do:

Represent clients at in-person events and retail activations Deliver product demonstrations and promote exclusive event offers Interact with the public, answer questions, and generate new customer sign-ups Work toward personal and team sales targets in a high-energy setting Receive ongoing training and mentorship to grow your skills and confidence Travel locally to different venues and event locations (transportation support available)

We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a natural people-person Target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals and win big Reliable, coachable, and able to adapt to new locations and crowds Comfortable working in busy, high-traffic environments (indoor and outdoor) Full-time availability with the ability to start immediately Previous experience in promotions, retail, or hospitality is helpful—but not required
