Entry Level Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

Represent the AT&T Fiber brand through professional, face-to-face marketing campaigns Support daily marketing and customer engagement activities. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful information. Build positive relationships with customers while creating a professional brand experience. Stay informed about AT&T Fiber services, offers, and promotions. Work closely with the team to meet daily campaign and customer engagement goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when representing the brand.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and approachable personality. Enjoys working with people and interacting with customers. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Motivated to learn and develop professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
