As an Associate Marketing Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a PNC Marketing Hub. This person will support long-term Small Business growth objectives by developing and executing personalized, omni-channel marketing segmentation strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while aligning business priorities with evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute always-on, omni-channel growth marketing journeys supporting acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Own and support defined marketing strategies and workstreams across the product lifecycle and line-of-business growth initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing strategies that enhance customer value and support sustainable growth.
  • Apply KPI frameworks and measurement plans to evaluate campaign performance and business results.
  • Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Leverage modern marketing capabilities including AI, agentic workflows, test-and-learn methodologies, and dynamic customer journeys.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate assigned workstreams, manage timelines, and operate within budget and resource guidelines.
  • Support business, financial, risk, and process commitments through data-driven analysis. Required Job Skills
  • Strong segmentation campaign development and execution skills across direct mail, email, digital, branch, experiential marketing, webinars, sales enablement, and other channels.
  • Ability to analyze compelling internal/external insights and test and learn performance data to generate actionable next steps.
  • Strong project management, communications and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Executing quantitative and qualitative research with marketing partners to gain customer insights
  • Comfort working in matrixed organizations with product, digital, analytics, finance, risk, and compliance partners.
  • Applying modern growth marketing practices including AI-driven personalization and test

+ Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.

+ Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.   • Base Salary: $75,000.00
  • $150,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
