3+ years required Job Summary Zirach Home Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Assistant to help promote our home care services, build professional relationships, generate referrals, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of marketing, sales, business development, or healthcare-related experience and is comfortable working independently. Duties Promote Zirach Home Care services to potential clients, families, and referral sources. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations. Generate qualified leads and referral opportunities. Conduct community outreach, networking, and marketing activities. Follow up with potential clients and referral sources. Assist with social media, marketing materials, and promotional activities. Maintain records of leads, referrals, and marketing activities. Represent Zirach Home Care professionally in the community. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field. Healthcare or home care marketing experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Professional and confident when communicating with clients and referral sources. Knowledge of healthcare or senior care services is a plus. Reliable transportation for community outreach and meetings.

Compensation:

Commission-based. Earnings are based on successful marketing efforts and qualified client referrals. Commission details will be discussed during the interview.
