Work Schedule:
10 hours per week between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm; some occasional assistance might be needed at after 5 pm events

$9.00/hr
Key Components:
In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with functions around marketing trends, communications outreach, creative design and production (print and digital) Work with Marketing team to create print and digital design components for events hosted by the President and/or constituents of the university. Using Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator, extend the look of an approved design to email invitations, programs, nametags, slides, ads, and other design collateral. Occasional basic use of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is required. Follow design guidelines and work-flow process, as well as student expectation guidelines. Use a project management tool to follow timelines. Event support as needed. Office responsibilities include organizing files and the archive, stocking shelves with paper, organizing paper supply, running errands on campus and to the printer, answering the phone occasionally and stuffing nametags. Basic use of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
