We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Manager & Marketing Assistant to be the welcoming face of our showroom while supporting our sales and marketing teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn about marketing, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Showroom Manager:

Greet and assist customers, contractors, and designers visiting the showroom. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom space. Schedule showroom appointments and assist with follow-ups.

Sales & Showroom Support:

Assist the sales team by gathering customer information and qualifying leads. Provide basic product information to customers and help them navigate countertop options. Input and update customer data in CRM software. Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the sales team.

Marketing Assistance:

Support showroom events, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Capture and share showroom photos/videos for social media content. Assist with email marketing, social media posts, and website updates. Help create showroom displays and signage that align with marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the marketing team on local advertising efforts.

Administrative & Other Duties:

Manage showroom inventory of marketing materials and product samples. Assist with special projects for the marketing and sales teams as needed. Work with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; an associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. Passion for learning and growing in marketing and sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of social media and marketing tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems). Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

Dayshift:

9am - 5pm Pay rate: $18- $21/ hr
