What Marketing Associates Will Do Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, expansion and growth. Coordinate the end-to-end logistics, planning, and execution of both virtual and in-person corporate events. Support customer advocacy efforts including selection, writing, tracking and amplifying customer stories across channels. Track and analyze lead flow, campaign performance data, translating metrics into actionable insights for future strategy optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams; including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless campaign alignment with business objectives. Develop engaging content, design layouts, and communication materials for various marketing initiatives. Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and data accuracy within our corporate systems to ensure flawless daily operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Prior internship experience in event management, digital marketing, or marketing operations. Strong enthusiasm for marketing with an analytical mindset and an exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new enterprise platforms and methodologies. The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
