Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the ticket sales team with database management, lead generation, and outreach to fans and local businesses. Support the sponsorship department by helping organize contracts, activation plans, and partner deliverables. Assist in planning and executing sponsorship renewals and new business presentations. Help organize and restock team merchandise, assist with online orders, inventory tracking, and offseason store management. Assist with community events and mascot appearances. Participate in community outreach and promotional event planning for the upcoming season. Support front office staff with daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, mailings, filing, and organization. Assist with stadium operations
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM or ticketing software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Available to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekend events.
