Director of Digital Marketing & Brand Engagement | Full-Time Leadership Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo DTO $23-$47/hour | Full-Time | Leadership | Benefits | Closed Sundays Build the Brand. Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven leader to take ownership of our digital marketing, brand presence, and community engagement efforts. The Director of Digital Marketing & Brand Engagement will help tell our restaurant's story, strengthen relationships with our guests and community, execute digital marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow awareness and engagement. This is not simply a social media posting position. $23-$47/hour Full-Time Leadership Position Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Training & Leadership Development Sundays Off Professional & Personal Development Opportunities Hands-On Digital Marketing Experience Opportunities for Continued Growth Creative Ownership & Strategic Responsibility Opportunity to Make a Measurable Impact on the Business What You'll Do Lead Digital Marketing Help develop and execute the restaurant's digital marketing strategy Create professional, engaging content that reflects the Chick-fil-A brand and our local restaurant Manage and maintain an organized digital content calendar Support social media campaigns, promotions, events, product launches, and restaurant initiatives Identify opportunities to increase digital engagement and local brand awareness Maintain consistent messaging, professionalism, and brand standards across digital channels Capture and develop content that highlights our Team Members, guests, community involvement, and restaurant culture Strengthen Our Local Brand Help tell the story of Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo Promote restaurant events, community partnerships, catering, recruiting initiatives, and local opportunities Build relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and community partners Identify opportunities for the restaurant to become more connected within the surrounding community Support marketing efforts that strengthen guest loyalty and encourage repeat business Protect and represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally Use Data to Drive Decisions Monitor marketing performance and engagement Track results from digital campaigns and promotions Identify trends and opportunities based on performance data Evaluate which initiatives are producing meaningful results Provide updates and recommendations to the Operator and leadership team Adjust strategies based on results rather than relying solely on creative ideas Plan & Execute Develop marketing calendars and campaign plans Coordinate promotions, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Collaborate with Directors and restaurant leaders on business initiatives Follow projects from initial concept through execution and evaluation Maintain organized marketing resources, materials, and digital assets Support Business Growth Partner with leadership to support restaurant sales and strategic goals Support catering awareness and community outreach Assist with recruiting and employer-branding initiatives when needed Identify creative opportunities to reach new guests Develop marketing initiatives that support both short-term priorities and long-term growth What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Creative — brings fresh ideas while maintaining brand standards Strategic — understands the purpose behind the content being created Digitally Savvy — comfortable with social media, digital content, and online communication Organized — can manage campaigns, calendars, projects, and deadlines Data-Minded — willing to measure performance and make decisions based on results Professional — represents the restaurant and brand with maturity Self-Motivated — can take ownership without needing constant direction Collaborative — works effectively with restaurant leaders and Team Members Community-Focused — enjoys building relationships and creating local connections Growth-Minded — wants to continue developing professionally Skills & Experience Experience or education in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Digital marketing Social media management Marketing or communications Content creation Graphic design Photography or video Community relations Brand management Business development Public relations Event planning Experience with platforms or tools such as Canva, social media platforms, digital analytics, photography/video editing tools, or similar marketing technology is beneficial. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is helpful but not required . We value demonstrated ability, creativity, professionalism, and results. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time leadership position .

Maintain consistent full-time availability Work within the restaurant and community as business needs require Have availability on Fridays and Saturdays Attend or support restaurant and community events Occasionally adjust hours based on campaigns, events, or business priorities Maintain dependable, year-round availability Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
