AZTRT is a growing Arizona telehealth company focused on men's hormone health and medical weight loss. We're looking for an Operations & Growth Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day systems, execution, and growth of the business. This is an operator role , not an administrative position. You'll be expected to build processes from scratch, make sure they're followed, and execute the growth plan. What you'll do Build and document SOPs, workflows, checklists, and reporting systems Own weekly KPIs, identify problems, and drive follow-through Manage our CRM, lead pipeline, email/SMS campaigns, and customer follow-up Publish and manage website content and SEO initiatives Coordinate social media, reviews, directories, and reputation management Manage operational workflows and vendors Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI, Zapier, and other tools Maintain our clinical content review process without making clinical decisions Provide some executive support to the founder, including calendar, travel, and mail Coordinate a limited amount of marketing/CRM support for our real estate business We're looking for someone who Has built an SOP or operating system from scratch that other people actually followed Has hands-on CRM experience; GoHighLevel is a major plus Can build and publish web pages without relying on a developer This role requires judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate without a step-by-step playbook. If you need someone to hand you a task list every morning, this probably isn't the right position.

This is a healthcare business. HIPAA training will be required, and this position will never provide clinical advice or make clinical decisions. All clinical questions go directly to our nurse practitioner.
