Are you looking to lead a premier Marketing team? This may be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a strong leader to join our team! This person will be responsible for the below related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision, while being proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Owns the Dispatch and Fulfillment teams by providing support to the team on how to deliver exceptional levels of guest service both internally and externally as well as always encourage a positive working environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for the recruiting/selection of talent, onboarding, training, performance management, mentor and counseling, scheduling, and recognition. Partners with Sales & Marketing Management to ensure the Hilton core values of Hospitality are being maintained in all customer-facing interactions and between the Marketing teams. Ensuring all shifts are covered daily, scheduling and task assignments. Monitors Team Members PTO requests, collaborates with Business Management, Tour Reception and Resort Operations teams and tracks attendance of all Team Members and communicates status of this to Business Management and respective department heads. Supervise and maintain tour-booking audits to ensure compliance in tour coding, gifting, show rates and tour eligibility for In-House Create and maintain reporting to perform performance coaching and cost reduction analysis using excel, Cognos, SharePoint and Voice. Work with Leadership to develop processes and policies that will assist in the growth of the business as well improve the team's effectiveness and efficiencies.
Facilitate payroll administration:
i.e., collection of timesheets, collection of missed punch forms, supervise overtime, and schedule adherence. Handles and assists with onboarding for new hires of the Marketing Department including requesting systems access, coordinating and providing information to new employees including the ordering of business cards, name tags, sales material, new hire packet, etc. Develops and documents SharePoint system and applications using appropriate editors using web designs, forms, templates, and workflows. Works with the business to update content as needed. Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with existing applications and communicates solutions to appropriate areas. Monitors and reports on Intranet usage and performs other system monitoring and log analysis as needed. Manages user permissions, updating and revising as needed. Develops end-user technical documentation and training. This position will lead by example and be willing and able to cover shifts.
