Eastshore Alliance FC • Full-Time, Paid Staff • Can include Competitive Coaching Responsibilities The Marketing Manager (MM) is a key leader at Eastshore Alliance FC, responsible for building and executing the club's marketing strategy to grow enrollment, strengthen community relationships, and elevate the EAFC brand in the Eastshore region and beyond. This is a hands-on, creative, and data-informed role that owns all digital channels, paid advertising, content production, and community communications. The ideal candidate brings a passion for youth soccer, a modern marketing skill set, and the energy to represent EAFC authentically both online and in person. As a club leader, this person models professionalism, warmth, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. Core Responsibilities Enrollment & Growth Marketing Own enrollment campaigns for tryouts, recreational programs, and camps across the full funnel — from awareness to registration. Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (including Ad Grant) campaigns, including budget, audience targeting, and monthly performance reporting. Develop and refine EAFC's enrollment funnel with clear calls to action at every stage. Digital & Social Media Grow EAFC's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok through original content and community engagement. Independently shoot, edit, and publish short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) showcasing players, coaches, and club culture. Repurpose content strategically across platforms to maximize reach with minimal additional production effort. Website & SEO Maintain and update www.eastshorealliancefc.org and www.bearsfutsal.org — including content, registration info, mobile accessibility, and security. Execute on-page and technical SEO to improve local search visibility and drive enrollment inquiries. Maintain consistent branding, streamlined navigation, and engaging design across both sites. Content & Storytelling Publish a monthly newsletter (bilingual English/Spanish preferred) featuring program updates, player spotlights, and club news. Create authentic community-driven content — testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments, and coach features. Produce print, banner, and promotional materials for club events, tryouts, and fundraisers. Develop and implement communications and advertising strategies aligned with the club's strategic plan. Events & Club Support Lead pre-event marketing and promotion for tryouts, fundraisers, and community events. Support event execution in partnership with the Executive Director of Finance & Administration as needed. Manage the marketing budget on a quarterly basis, tracking spend across paid and organic channels. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience managing paid social media advertising (Meta Ads) and/or Google Ads campaigns, including budget oversight and performance optimization. Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok). Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels. Experience managing an organization's website, including content updates and basic SEO practices. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Passion for youth soccer and a genuine connection to the communities EAFC serves. Familiarity with Google Analytics or other digital analytics platforms. Background in youth sports, nonprofit, or community organization marketing. Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Coaching Responsibilities This position can include head coaching duties for up to two competitive teams for qualified candidates. Coaching responsibilities are governed by a separate Coaching Job Description and reviewed independently. Candidates will be evaluated on both their marketing qualifications and/or coaching experience and licensure. What We Offer A meaningful role at a mission-driven youth soccer club with deep community roots. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. The opportunity to shape EAFC's brand and marketing strategy from the ground up. A collaborative, passionate team that values creativity and community.Similar remote jobs
