Enable the ability to leverage trade and customer-facing events as a sales, marketing and branding tool. Key Accountabilities Include
- Ensure managed events achieve brand and business objectives
- Events executed within approved budget
- Easy and efficient travel services are provided to YCA employees & customers Primary Responsibilities Include
- Lead select tier 1, 2 and 3 tradeshow and customer-facing events
- Report on performance provide actionable insights
- Manage vendor relationships
- Adapt category strategies into event strategic plans
- Provide corporate travel services Core Functional Competencies

Define desired customer experience to achieve satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer journey
Customer Insights:
Ability to understand and interpret customer data, behaviors, and feedback into conclusions that can be used to make marketing decisions
Design:
Create visual content to effectively share product and brand attributes with target audience
Event Management:
Manage face-to-face and virtual events that enable contact between Yamaha and potential customers
Project Management:
Plan, organize, and manage tasks and resources to bring about successful completion of a specific project
Project Procurement Management:
Acquire products, services, or results from an external source; include contract management and control processes necessary to administer contracts, properly manage the buyer/vendor relationships, and manage the project's obligations to the vendor
Project Scope Management:
Ensure all project work is included, while maintaining appropriate limit and control of the scope Core Behavioral Competencies

- Project management experience

This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
