Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Product Marketing Manager for a six-month contract to help accelerate growth for our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving awareness, generating pipeline, and influencing revenue for an enterprise B2B upsell solution. You will partner closely with Marketing to raise awareness of the Neurodiversity offering in the market and with Sales and Customer Success to strengthen the upsell motion, accelerate high-priority opportunities, and equip the field to sell with confidence. The ideal candidate combines strategic product marketing thinking with strong execution. You can quickly become an expert in a complex solution, translate market and buyer insights into compelling positioning, and create practical campaigns, sales plays, and enablement that move opportunities forward. Drive Awareness and Pipeline Partner with Growth Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Communications, and other marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified pipeline for the Neurodiversity solution. Develop audience-specific messaging and value propositions that translate a complex clinical offering into clear, compelling business value for benefits leaders and other enterprise buyers. Build and execute targeted go-to-market activation plans across priority customer segments, buying audiences, and market opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing to develop thought leadership, customer stories, webinars, events, and other content that builds urgency and strengthens market credibility. Monitor campaign and funnel performance, identify gaps, and recommend tactical adjustments to improve engagement and pipeline creation. Generate Market Insights and Strengthen GTM Readiness Conduct and synthesize market, customer, buyer, and competitive research to identify emerging needs, growth opportunities, and implications for the Neurodiversity strategy. Establish feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to capture insights from the field and translate them into clear recommendations. Partner with Product and business leaders to inform positioning, packaging, roadmap priorities, and future commercialization decisions. Develop the foundational messaging, segmentation, buyer insights, and go-to-market frameworks needed to support the continued evolution of the Neurodiversity offering. Evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market programs and recommend where the team should invest, iterate, or deprioritize.   • Four or more years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, health technology, benefits, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing and selling additional products or solutions into an existing enterprise customer base.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence revenue, support complex deals, and build scalable sales enablement.
  • Experience developing and activating positioning, messaging, value propositions, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for executive audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • collaborative working style, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
