What You'll Do We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to own our go-to-market execution and build a high-impact lead generation engine.
Demand Generation:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for our U.S. and Canadian services.
Lead Qualification & Management:
Nurture and qualify inbound sales leads with timely initial contact (via a discovery call and intake questions). Prepare marketing collateral, and ensure a smooth hand-off of vetted and qualified opportunities to the internal team.
Inbound Leads:
Manage and engage new and existing leads, including prospective clients, warm and historical leads, and current and former clients through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Marketing Operations & Technology:
Act as the main administrator for HubSpot, managing CRM data, landing pages, and email automation. You will also use project management and integration tools to keep marketing workflows organized.
Search & Digital Advertising:
Manage search engine optimization and paid advertising efforts to improve website visibility. Monitor search performance, stay updated on new digital marketing trends, and test advertising features to reach our target audience effectively.
Social Media & Website Strategy:
Oversee our digital presence, including engaging with our LinkedIn community and running social media ad campaigns. Update website content to improve lead conversion.
Brand & Relationship Management:
Ensure our brand messaging appeals to business leaders and executives. You will manage external vendors and help create the marketing materials needed for our upcoming technology platform launch.
Events & Networking:
Coordinate and attend in-person industry events, actively network with partners and vendors to build professional relationships and increase brand awareness. Coordination can include negotiating what our sponsorship could include, to setting up a table or booth at events.

A steady stream of vetted and qualified leads delivered directly to internal leaders that convert to business.
Optimized Marketing Engine:
A fully leveraged HubSpot environment driving automated leads and clear attribution metrics.
Resourceful Growth:
Maximum marketing impact achieved through creative strategies and smart tool usage.
Brand Differentiation:
Sharp market positioning that distinguishes HR Options from competitors.
Qualifications & Experience Experience:
3-5+ years in B2B marketing , demand generation and lead qualification. A background at an agency or a smaller company is highly preferred to ensure a versatile skill set.
Industry Fit:
Deep roots in B2B marketing; Experience in HR, PEO, Staffing, or Finance is highly desired.
Technical:
Advanced, hands-on experience in HubSpot is required, along with a high comfort level using modern AI tools, Canva, ClickUp, Lovable and Wix.
Working Style:
Highly motivated self-starter who can maintain productivity and drive results independently in a remote setting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience. Location Because this is a nationwide remote role, compensation will be based on your location, experience, and MarTech expertise.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
