Summary of Job Expectations Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  • Lead brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and performance metrics. Product Management & Commercialization
  • Lead the Product Management team and oversee product strategy, positioning, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning.
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Drive commercialization of new products, technologies, and services.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development and commercialization. Public Relations, Media & Communications
  • Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications, journalists, and influencers.
  • Manage press releases, thought leadership content, executive communications, and public relations activities.
  • Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, industry recognition, and brand visibility. Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee social media strategy, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and customer communications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor engagement metrics. Sales & Customer Experience Support
  • Develop sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and collateral.
  • Support trade shows, field days, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Marketing and Product Management team members.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Summary of Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communications, Product Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing, product management, communications, or commercialization experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leading product launches and commercialization programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Compensation and Benefits
