Technical Marketing Operating Manager

Job Overview We are hiring a Technical Marketing Operations Manager to work in person 3 days per week in Los Angeles/Hermosa Beach. This role is responsible for building, connecting, and optimizing our full customer funnel from social content to lead capture to purchase and onboarding. You will own the execution of landing pages, email systems, CRM, and payment integrations. You must be able to take an idea or existing framework and fully implement it end to end without hand holding.

Responsibilities:

Build and optimize landing pages and funnels Connect payment systems (Stripe, PayPal) to CRM and program delivery Set up and manage email automations and segmentation Ensure all freebies, opt-ins, and onboarding flows function properly Work closely with content team to turn high-performing content into lead generation funnels Identify and fix breakdowns in the customer journey Track and report on funnel performance and conversion rates

Requirements:

Strong experience with funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Webflow, etc.) Experience with email platforms (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.) Deep understanding of CRM and automation workflows Ability to troubleshoot tech issues independently Strong execution focus , not just strategy Must be able to work in person 3 days per week

Pay:

From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 24.0 per week
