Role:

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of field marketing representatives working across trade shows, community events, retail locations, and other nontraditional marketing channels. Your primary focus will be developing your team, exceeding lead-generation goals, and implementing strategies that support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, coach, and motivate a field marketing team Establish performance expectations and lead-generation targets Monitor results and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing employee development Partner with company leadership on hiring, training, and new initiatives Oversee departmental budgets and evaluate return on marketing investments Identify new opportunities to expand lead-generation efforts Build a competitive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

Qualifications:
