About Us We are a luxury, boutique spray tan studio focused on delivering flawless results, exceptional client experiences, and a modern, elevated brand. We're looking for a confident, polished, beauty-savvy manager to help lead daily operations and grow the business through smart, creative marketing. Position Overview The Studio Manager will be the face of the brand—handling client care, performing spray tans (training provided), managing appointments, and running all marketing operations including social media, promotions, and brand collaborations. What You'll Do Welcome clients and provide a warm, luxury experience Perform professional spray tans (training & certification included) Oversee scheduling, payments, and daily studio operations Create and manage social media content (IG, TikTok preferred) Respond to DMs, inquiries, and reviews Develop marketing ideas to grow clientele Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Assist with inventory and product ordering Build strong relationships with new and returning clients Preferred qualifications Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating promotional materials. Knowledge of WordPress for managing online content related to services offered. Understanding of performance marketing strategies to enhance service visibility.
