The Manager of Acquisition Marketing plays a critical role in driving advisor acquisition and net new asset growth by managing and delivering high-performing, compliant, and scalable marketing content. This role focuses on operational ownership and execution—ensuring Schwab Advisor Services' acquisition marketing programs are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with rigor across channels. Reporting to a Director of Acquisition Marketing within Advisor Services Marketing and also providing support to a Director of Strategy and Operations, this role is ideal for an experienced marketing manager who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings strong project and systems discipline, and takes pride in moving complex work forward. Core Responsibilities Create, manage, and deploy multichannel acquisition marketing content, including digital, social, and traditional/direct marketing Ensure all content is current, compliant, audit-ready, and aligned to brand and regulatory standards Support content audits, regulatory reviews, and ongoing updates with compliance and legal partners Proactively surface ideas and solutions that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency Operational & Systems Ownership Own content workflows within Workfront, including archiving, approvals, and attestations Coordinate publishing requests with internal partners and agencies Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, SMEs, and agency partners Support performance reporting and analytics AI, Tools & Technology Enablement Support AI-enabled digital content optimization Use Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency Partner across Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe platforms What you have Required Qualifications 3-6 years' experience in marketing operations or acquisition marketing Strong project management skills Experience with content management systems High attention to detail and systems-thinking mindset Comfort working in complex, matrixed organizations Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Financial services or regulated industry experience B2B professional services marketing exposure Agency management experience Familiarity with marketing analytics Willingness to work on site and collaborate closely with a marketing team What's in it for you At Schwab, you're empowered to shape your future.
