About Us Grumpy Dumpling Co. is a fast-growing dumpling company serving handcrafted dumplings at festivals, private events, farmers' markets, and pop-ups throughout CT, NY and NJ. We move fast, work hard, and have a lot of fun doing it. We're looking for reliable, high-energy team members who thrive in busy environments and love working with people. What You'll Do Set up and break down event booths (tents, tables, equipment) Prepare, cook, and serve dumplings (food safety training provided) Handle POS transactions and manage cash/credit payments Provide friendly, efficient customer service Maintain a clean and organized work station Work as a team to keep service smooth during high-volume rushes What We're Looking For Weekend availability is required (usually mornings until mid-afternoon) Ability to stand for 4-8+ hours Ability to lift 20-40 lbs (coolers, equipment, tents) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Food service or event experience is a plus (not required) ServSafe certification is a plus (not required) Sales experience a plus (not required) Legal to work Driver's License/Clean driving record You'd Be a
