Shelton, CT | On-site Position Overview We are working with an established professional services organization seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across multiple business lines. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing strategy while also owning campaign execution. The Marketing Manager will oversee digital and direct marketing efforts, CRM-driven campaigns, events, and marketing projects designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen client engagement, and support continued business growth. The ideal candidate has experience marketing professional or financial services and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Management Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting multiple service areas Create targeted email, digital, direct outreach, and client engagement campaigns Manage campaigns from initial concept through execution, measurement, and follow-up Track results and use performance data to continually improve marketing effectiveness Support broader branding, lead generation, and business development initiatives CRM & Marketing Automation Utilize Salesforce and related marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and outreach Develop audience segments, campaign lists, workflows, and targeted communications Maintain effective campaign tracking and reporting within the CRM Work with internal teams to ensure marketing and client data is being used effectively Events & Client Engagement Coordinate client-facing and internal events Manage seminars, educational programs, networking opportunities, and other business development events Oversee event logistics, communications, promotion, and follow-up activities Leadership & Project Management Provide direction and support to junior marketing team members Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Work closely with executives and other key stakeholders on marketing priorities Help establish processes and best practices for the marketing function Business Development Support Partner with client-facing professionals to identify marketing opportunities Develop initiatives that support new client acquisition and existing client relationships Align marketing activities with the organization's overall growth strategy Qualifications 5+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience within professional services, financial services, accounting, wealth management, or a similar environment strongly preferred Hands-on experience with Salesforce , including marketing automation platforms such as Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement/Pardot Demonstrated experience creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong project management and organizational skills Experience coordinating professional or client-facing events Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or directing junior team members Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable analyzing campaign results and marketing performance data Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively with senior-level professionals Compensation & Benefits The organization offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, along with: 401(k) with employer contribution Employer-paid employee health insurance Generous paid vacation program Access to an onsite fitness facility Collaborative and professional work environment Apply for this job
