Our U.S. headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, is at the center of it all—just steps from the Metro‑North station with direct access to New York City, and connected to a national network of teams driving impact across the country About the Role Lead advanced consumer and marketing performance analytics that quantify the drivers of demand, measure the incremental impact of commercial and marketing investments, and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that improve business performance The role will lead capabilities across marketing effectiveness measurement, media analytics, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, consumer analytics and performance optimization. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Insights, Finance, Advanced Analytics and external partners to establish rigorous, scalable measurement capabilities and embed analytics into decision-making Your 'day to day': Lead the development of an integrated consumer and marketing effectiveness measurement strategy
Marketing Effectiveness:
Lead MMM, MTA, incrementality and other marketing effectiveness methodologies
Consumer Analytics:
Integrate consumer behavioral, loyalty, panel, digital and retail data to understand drivers of consumer demand
Experimentation & Causal Analytics:
Design and oversee incrementality experiments and test-and-learn programs Translate complex analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations Evaluate emerging approaches in AI/ML, predictive analytics, causal inference and automated insight generation
External & Vendor Management:
Lead relationships with analytics, measurement, media and data partners Who we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, data science, marketing analytics, business analytics or related quantitative field 8+ years of experience in analytics, marketing effectiveness, consumer analytics, econometrics, data science or related fields Demonstrated experience with marketing effectiveness measurement, MMM, attribution, incrementality or experimentation Strong understanding of statistical modeling and causal inference Experience translating complex analytics into commercial recommendations Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Insights or related organizations Strong SQL and proficiency in Python, R or equivalent analytical programming language Demonstrated ability to manage external analytical partners and vendors CPG, retail, media or consumer industry experience. (preferred) Experience with large-scale consumer, retail, media or transactional datasets.(preferred) Experience applying AI/ML to consumer or marketing analytics. (preferred) Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range:
